Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IB PYP Music Teacher to join our school community. The successful candidate will have a strong musical background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create engaging and interactive music lessons that align with the IB PYP framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver music lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students

- Develop and implement engaging music units that align with the IB PYP framework

- Encourage students to explore and appreciate different musical styles and genres

- Foster a love of music and promote student participation in musical activities

- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music with other subjects and disciplines

- Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback

- Develop and maintain a well-organized and stimulating music classroom environment

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Music or Music Education

- Teaching certification or equivalent

- Experience teaching music to primary school students

- Knowledge of the IB PYP framework and its application in music education

- Excellent musical skills and knowledge

- Ability to create engaging and interactive music lessons

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications

- Master's degree in Music or Music Education

- IB PYP training or certification

- Experience with technology-enhanced music education

- Familiarity with diverse musical styles and genres

- Ability to speak multiple languages

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
