Responsibilities
o Teach music using various styles and methodologies, from beginner to advanced
levels.
o Develop music curriculum and prepare structured lesson plans.
o Communicate effectively with a diverse group of students and teachers.
o Engage, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their musical goals.
o Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
o Conduct both group and individual lessons as required.
o Prepare students for recitals, concerts, or school performances, including selecting
suitable music pieces.
o Foster a fun, creative, and supportive learning environment.
o Stay updated with new teaching methods, musical trends, and integrate them into the
curriculum.
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Music or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
o 3-4 years of relevant teaching experience.
o Proven ability to train students for recitals, performances, or competitions.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Energetic, creative, dependable, and passionate about music education.
o Demonstrates patience, leadership, and the ability to inspire students.
o Preferably female teacher for this consultant role.
