Job Summary:

Delhi Public School, Jagdalpur is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled

Music Teacher

to inspire and develop students' musical talents. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both vocal and instrumental music and capable of conducting classes for students across various grade levels, organizing school events, and preparing students for performances and competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging music lessons for students from Nursery to Class XII. Teach both

vocal and instrumental music

as per the school curriculum. Organize and lead music assemblies, annual functions, cultural events, and inter-house competitions. Prepare students for

stage performances, school band, choir, and external competitions.

Encourage student participation in various music-related activities. Maintain musical instruments and suggest procurement of new ones when required. Collaborate with other teachers for integrated cultural programs. Track student progress and provide individual attention as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school. Proficiency in multiple instruments and various musical forms. Ability to teach both

Indian and Western music

will be an added advantage.
