Job Summary:

The

Music Teacher

will be responsible for developing students' musical abilities, fostering an appreciation for different genres, and integrating music into the overall educational experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in vocal and instrumental training and have a deep understanding of music theory and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct engaging music lessons for various age groups. Teach vocal techniques, instrumental music, and music theory. Prepare students for school performances, competitions, and cultural events. Organize and direct choir, band, or orchestra groups. Encourage creativity and self-expression through music composition and improvisation. Integrate music with other academic subjects to enhance learning experiences. Maintain and care for musical instruments and equipment. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Assess students' musical progress and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field. Proficiency in multiple musical instruments and vocal training. Strong knowledge of Indian and Western music traditions. Prior experience in teaching music to school students. Ability to compose and arrange music for school programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fostering musical talent and appreciation among students.
