Job Summary
The Music/Dance Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and skill-based lessons aligned with both CBSE and Cambridge curriculum goals. The role involves nurturing creativity, performance skills, and appreciation of art among students while maintaining a disciplined and inspiring learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music, Dance, or Performing Arts from a recognized institution.
B.Ed. preferred for CBSE compliance.
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE or Cambridge school.
Proficiency in classical and/or contemporary styles.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to holistic education and student development through the arts.
Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as per school calendar).
Participation required for rehearsals and events beyond classroom hours.
Additional Requirements
Ability to accompany students during performances and competitions.
Familiarity with Cambridge checkpoints or CBSE performance standards is desirable.
