Job Description

Music teacher has to educate students about the fundamental concepts of music theory such as rhythm, melody, pitch and tempo. He or She has to conduct exercises like vocalization, harmonizing, singing, and playing musical instruments. Also have to lead rehearsals in preparation for the school's musical performances.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans and implements the lesson plans

eaches music courses

Provide specialized instruction in Music and Instruments

Leads rehearsals for musical programs

Assess

Provide feedback on student progress. Grades in written and practical examinations

Qualifications:

Higher Sec./ Senior Secondary passed Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumental/Vocal Music from a recognized university/board
Prior of 2 year's experience in teaching young children in a primary and secondary setting, especially in music.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
