Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Music Operations Trainee

to support the daily operations of our music team. The role involves assisting with content management, metadata organization, artist coordination, and quality control across digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone who loves music, has strong organizational skills, and wants to gain hands-on experience in the music industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and organizing music catalog metadata and assets. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for song uploads, releases, and content updates. Support in maintaining accuracy across all digital music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.). Monitor content performance and help prepare analytical reports. Participate in scheduling, content planning, and music operations workflows. Support artist onboarding and documentation processes. Ensure compliance with licensing, copyright, and internal operational standards. Assist with administrative tasks and cross-departmental communication. Team player with a passion for independent music Strong communication skills Willingness to learn, research, and assist in multiple projects Interest in visual branding and campaigns for releases . Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive for coordination Basic data organization and report preparation
