Responsible for overall Growth of Music Label Business.


Managing Label Business Operations.


Responsible for Increasing the Brand Value & brand marketing.


In depth understanding of the music industry, both national and international, film and independent.


Strong network and contacts within the Industry.


Good experience in Music distribution & digital marketing.


Responsible for identifying collaboration opportunities and talent.


Managing label's image and conducting brand building activities.


Resourcing Artists, Directors, and Audio & Video personnel.


Acquiring the right star cast, influencers, story tellers, directors, producers and team required for high quality acquisitions.


Responsible for managing overall music audio and video production.


Manage Music Label IP


Manage the Media & Press Relations for the business.


Collaborate our artistes with International artistes / Production houses.


Responsible for procuring Sponsors and brands for Music

Videos and other productions.


Working on the Business Plan as assigned by the Label Head & presenting work report periodically.


Responsible for Marketing & Public Relations.


Conduct Research and Development of music and entertainment industry in India and/or abroad, and introduce renowned and upcoming projects & clientele.


Conducting Marketing Activity by attending various networking forums, events, business & industry meets, and director/producer events.


Having a keen eye in identifying promising and engaging artist, talents and content, locating them and initiating viable projects.


Resourceful with artist, directors and audio & video personnel.


Overseeing the work of Distributors/ Channel Partners and Monthly Reports, covering all copyright infringements, rights and regulations across all platforms, keeping track on monetization of our content.


Periodical R&D on current music affairs and the entertainment

industry within India and International, to connect with.


Renowned celebs, initiating projects both beneficial to the brand and artist.
