Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Keyboard and Vocals Instructor to join our music faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in keyboard (piano/synthesizer) and vocal techniques to students of varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced. The role involves planning and executing engaging lessons, preparing students for performances or exams, and fostering a creative and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach individual and group lessons in keyboard and vocals. Develop customized lesson plans and curriculum based on student abilities and goals. Prepare students for performances, examinations or competitions. Provide feedback and assessments to track student progress. Organize and participate in school concerts, recitals, and events. Maintain a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere. Stay current with new teaching methods, musical trends, and technologies. Collaborate with other music faculty on cross-disciplinary projects or performances.

Requirements:

Proficiency in keyboard and vocal performance across various genres (classical, contemporary, etc.). Formal education in music (Degree/Diploma/Grade certifications like Trinity College London or equivalent preferred). Prior teaching experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents. Passionate about music education and student development. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to read and teach music notation. Ability to accompany self or students vocally on keyboard. Knowledge of online teaching platforms and tools.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
