Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced

Music Director

to lead our music production initiatives. You'll work closely with singers, lyricists, and audio engineers to compose, arrange, and produce original tracks. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes music and wants to shape the sound and identity of a rising label.

Key Responsibilities

Compose and direct original songs for in-house and external artists Supervise music production from concept to final mastering Collaborate with lyricists, vocalists, and video teams Scout and guide emerging music talent Maintain creative quality and industry standards Manage studio recording sessions and scheduling Work on background scores and music for reels, videos, and live shows

Requirements

Proven experience as a music director, composer, or music producer Strong command over music arrangement and sound design Proficiency with DAWs (Logic Pro, FL Studio, Ableton, etc.) Knowledge of different musical genres and trends Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Team leadership and communication skills Degree in Music or related field is a plus
