Company Description Dunes Academy, Aau Rajasthan Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Music and Dance Teacher at Dunes Academy in Jodhpur. The Music and Dance Teacher will be responsible for developing and conducting lesson plans that teach students the fundamentals of music and dance. They will work with students of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, and will encourage students to perform their music and dance pieces in front of audiences. The Music and Dance Teacher will also collaborate with other teachers to coordinate performances and events. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Music or Dance, or a related field Experience in teaching both music and dance Strong proficiency in at least one musical instrument and one form of dance Demonstrated expertise in music and dance theory, history, and performance, and a deep understanding of the techniques required to teach these subjects to students of all skill levels and ages Commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students, and ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children and teens, and knowledge of child development principles Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and experience in differentiating instruction to meet the needs of each student Experience in choreography and directing productions is a plus
