Salary: Net Take Home Rs. 16000 with Legal compliance Exclusive (PF, PT, ESI, LWF)

Job Summary:

The Museum Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position involves welcoming guests, providing information about exhibits and events, handling admissions or gift shop sales, and ensuring a safe, educational, and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome museum visitors with a friendly and professional demean or Provide accurate information about exhibitions, tours, programs, and museum policies Process admissions, memberships, and retail transactions using POS systems Assist with crowd control, visitor flow, and gallery monitoring Support school and group tours with check-in and orientation Ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas; report any issues to maintenance or security Respond to visitor inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and respectfully Assist with museum events, educational workshops, or public programs as needed
Uphold and promote the mission and values of the museum

Qualifications:

High school/diploma/graduate or equivalent required; college Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a museum setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems or POS software
