About the Role

We are looking for an

experienced Draughtsman

with strong knowledge of

SRA, MHADA, Building Proposals, BMC Drawings, and Mumbai DCPR 2034

. The candidate must be well-versed in preparing

municipal and working drawings

and should have prior hands-on experience with BMC and SRA projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage

SRA, MHADA, and BMC drawings

in compliance with Mumbai DCPR 2034. Handle building proposal drawings and related municipal submissions. Prepare accurate

working drawings

for project execution. Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and requirements.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in BMC/SRA drawings and municipal submissions. Strong expertise in

Mumbai DCPR 2034

. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Excellent knowledge of municipal and working drawings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
