we have opening for Liaison Draughtsman ( Munciple drawings and submission Drawings )inhouse

Exp:5year +

Age limit:under 40

Holistic understanding of the site

Understand the documentation and paper work submited by client for sanction

Co-ordination and follow up with Design team, liaison indoor and outdoor team for deadlines and updates

Email communication with clients

Prepare municipal drawings for Layout Sanction for EC

Checking municipal drawings of Layout

Prepare municipal drawings for Building permission sanction

Checking municipal drawings of Building permission sanction

Prepare municipal drawings for all required NOC's

Checking municipal drawings of required NOC's

Coordinate with client with respect to phase wise sanction

Resolving client queries

Study and update the team about new bylaws of the Govt. for respective region

Update design team and client in case of any changes in drawings while sanction or otherwise

Keeping one updated with the knowledge of all drawings and also with the legal aspects pertaining to construction industry

Handing over the required technical drawings to Onliefd team for further approvals

Ensures that organization does not have to bear any penalty pertaining to legal non compliance

Site visits

Report and update Management about the status of submission of documents

Prepare Challan as per the stages of sanction

Follow the check list and work accordingly for all municipal drawings

MOMs to be taken down and followed up to the T

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,872.82 - ₹45,005.15 per month
