:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Media Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concept selling, advertising sales, and event sponsorship's, with a deep understanding of the Marathi media landscape.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and corporate partners.- Sell advertising space in special supplements, print & digital platforms, and sponsorship packages for events.- Conceptualize and pitch innovative advertising solutions tailored to client needs.- Work closely with editorial and event teams to develop compelling media and sponsorship packages.- Drive revenue growth through consistent client engagement and market development.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and post-sale support.Requirements:- 6 to 10 years of experience in media/ad sales, preferably in print, digital, or event-based media.- Proven track record in concept selling and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.- Must be fluent in Marathi - both spoken and written.- Strong network of corporate clients and media agencies in the Mumbai region.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.Preferred Qualifications:- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.- Experience working with regional publications or Marathi-language media platforms is a strong plus.Compensation:- As per industry standards + attractive incentive structure.
