The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the IPB EMEA Performance Management/COO team in Switzerland as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai. Also perform Cost Deep dives Analysis. Support Cost & FTE Management, which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities. Support various planning rounds incl. adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team. Upload planning figures in the system, maintenance of planning figures during the year (adjustments). Monthly cost and FTE forecast loads in the system, preparing commentary for explaining MoM variations. Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings. Support / run specific Performance Management related projects (e.g. cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, scenario analysis, process automation etc.) Project can be with specific focus or could have global background. Skills and Qualifications: Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages Sound understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
