We are hiring an E-commerce Logistics & Operations Manager to handle day-to-day online order operations and logistics. The role focuses on on-time dispatch, marketplace SLA compliance, inventory accuracy, and returns management across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily orders and ensure dispatch within marketplace SLAs Oversee pick-pack-dispatch with zero shipment errors Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) Handle NDR, RTO, and customer returns Maintain inventory sync across all sales channels Reconcile COD payments and courier charges. Requirements
2-5 years experience in E-commerce operations/logistics

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify seller panels Familiarity with Shiprocket / Unicommerce or similar tools Good Excel and coordination skills
