Manage daily operations of multiple electronics retail stores.
Ensure all stores follow company SOPs, display standards, and product demo guidelines.
Monitor availability of key electronics categories (Mobiles, Laptops, TVs, Home Appliances, Accessories).
Ensure proper functioning of demo units, display phones, appliances, and tech setups.
Oversee maintenance of store equipment, lighting, and electronic displays.
Sales & Performance
Achieve monthly sales targets across all stores.
Track category-wise performance and push high-margin and priority products.
Monitor brand promoter performance from brands like Samsung, LG, Sony, Apple, etc.
Analyse sales trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor activity.
Inventory, Stock & Vendor Coordination
Ensure optimal stock levels of fast-moving electronics.
Maintain tight control on high-value items (mobiles, laptops, premium TVs).
Coordinate with distributors, brand partners, and vendors for timely stock.
Monitor stock aging, slow-moving products, and manage offers/discounts.
Team Management & Training
Supervise Store Managers, sales executives, cashiers, and promoters.
Conduct product knowledge training for new launches (mobiles, appliances, gadgets).
Build a disciplined, target-driven sales team.
Manage staffing, rosters, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Customer Service & Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth billing experience.
Handle escalated customer complaints regarding product issues, billing, or warranty.
Ensure staff explain product features, comparisons, EMI plans, and warranties clearly.
Compliance, Finance & Processes
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and payment reconciliation.
Oversee EMI processing (Bajaj, HDFC, IDFC, etc.) and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and audit compliance for electronics storage.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, footfall, category performance, and manpower.
Communicate store requirements and operational updates to head office.
Suggest improvements in product display, marketing promotions, and store layout.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
4-10 years of experience in electronics retail; minimum 5 years managing multiple stores.
Strong knowledge of electronics product categories.
Excellent leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Comfortable working with billing systems, CRM, and inventory software.
Ability to travel across store locations frequently.
