Hiring: Multispeciality Denials Coder - Chennai

Denials Coding / Multispeciality Coding

Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze

denied claims

across multispeciality charts Identify

denial root causes

(coding, documentation, billing) Apply correct

ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS

codes Work with AR callers / billing teams to resolve denials Perform

appeals

with proper coding justification Maintain

99% accuracy

and meet productivity standards Stay updated with

payer policies

, coding edits, and guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year

experience as

Denials Coder

(Multispeciality) Strong knowledge of

ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and NCCI edits

Understanding of

payer-specific denials, LCD/NCD guidelines

Ability to navigate and process

EOBs, coding audits, and appeals

Excellent communication skills
