Job Roles:

Perform

maintenance, repair, and installation

of electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry systems. Troubleshoot and resolve

technical issues

in equipment and building utilities. Carry out

preventive maintenance

schedules to ensure smooth operation of facilities. Support the

facility team

in managing breakdown calls and emergency repairs. Ensure all work complies with

safety standards and company policies

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance

Repair and maintain wiring, circuits, lighting, and electrical panels. Diagnose and fix electrical faults promptly. Ensure safe handling of electrical equipment.

Plumbing Work

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage, and sanitation systems. Fix leaks, blockages, and replace defective fixtures.

General Repair & Carpentry

Handle minor civil repairs (doors, windows, furniture). Maintain structural integrity of facilities.

Equipment Maintenance

Service HVAC units, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Execute preventive maintenance plans as per schedule. Respond to urgent maintenance issues quickly.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain service logs and repair reports. Communicate effectively with supervisors and facility managers.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all workplace safety regulations. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) during work.
