Role Responsibility

Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests Assist with monthly reports First point of contact for the engineering supervisor Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit Manage and maintain the asset register updating when required Be proactive in new innovations and improved systems Be fully aware of the contract requirements for variable and managed works Responsibility of maintaining and being proactive with the BMS system Ensure all KPI's are completed Responsible for managing and issuing permits for all contractors working within the Building Participate with the on-site/external training as an when required

Essential

Electrically Biased Ability to show a professional attitude to whatever jobs carried out. A good knowledge of health and safety Ability to handle tools correctly and safely. Positive attitude Willing to succeed. Good communication skills. Presentable appearance. Multi skilled Appropriate experience within the engineering field Flexible Prioritising skills Ability to meet deadlines Physically fit as lifting may be involved Good computer skills (MS Office)
