About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals across multiple platforms. Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and execute designs across multiple mediums: print, web, video, social media, email marketing, etc. Conceptualize and create visuals based on project requirements. Use visuals to quicky convey differentiated value propositions for specific personas. Test graphics across various media platforms to ensure quality and consistency. Manage all design projects to meet deadlines and maintain high standards. Prepare well-structured content for delivery across diverse channels. Work with regional marketing colleagues to produce localized marketing materials. Support marketing technology initiatives, including implementing marketing automation platforms and designing email/landing page templates. Build strong relationships with commercial teams to ensure project success. Adhere to and enforce brand guidelines in all design work. As needed, help update or create brand guides / standards. Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field; major in Fine Arts or Graphic Design preferred. 3-5 years of relevant graphic/digital design experience; B2B experience strongly preferred. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with video editing tools such as After Effects, Blender, and Premiere Pro. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English; ability to collaborate with global teams and interface at all organizational levels. Highly creative and skilled in designing graphics for various formats: web, product descriptions, social media, email marketing, video scripts, etc. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and equipped with project management and organizational skills. Experience in videography, animation, and photography is a strong plus.
