Job Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and talented individual to lead content creation across video, design, and social platforms. This role blends short-form content, branding design, social media strategy, and in-house photography/videography. If you're a creator at heart with a flair for aesthetic visuals and marketing, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Posts, Reels, YouTube Shorts. Create lifestyle, service, and in-office video/photo content. Cover key events, staff activities, customer interactions, and BTS moments.

Design & Visual Communication

Design creatives for Instagram posts/stories, campaigns, ads, flyers, internal events, etc. Develop consistent brand visuals across digital platforms. Create assets for website banners, WhatsApp flyers, brochures, and emailers.

Social Media Management

Manage daily posting and engagement on platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube). Maintain a content calendar aligned with company goals. Track analytics and suggest improvements based on performance.

Marketing Support

Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and email marketing. Collaborate with operations and HR to highlight services, staff, and values. Ideate seasonal or trend-driven campaigns to build brand visibility.

Key Skills:

Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut) Photo editing & color correction (Lightroom, Photoshop) Design software (Canva, Illustrator, or Figma) Understanding of Instagram trends, social media algorithms, and storytelling Good eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand alignment Bonus: Basic knowledge of ad creation or paid media

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in content creation, design, and marketing Degree in Media, Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field Strong portfolio with design samples and social media work

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
