Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Multimedia Faculty

who has previously worked in a

training institute

and has hands-on expertise in

Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing

. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with strong teaching skills and the ability to mentor students to become industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

classroom and practical sessions

on Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing. Train students on key software tools such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

, and other industry-standard applications. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project work to build student portfolios. Inspire and mentor students to develop their creativity, design sense, and technical skills. Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends in the multimedia industry and incorporate them into the curriculum. Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and student competitions.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

5

years of teaching experience in a reputed multimedia or design training institute*.
Strong portfolio in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing. Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Based in

Kolkata

or open to relocating.

Preferred Background:

Candidates who have worked with reputed training institutes will be an added advantage. Exposure to real-world projects in advertising, production houses, or creative agencies is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
