Position: Full-Time Multimedia Faculty

Location: Maxmedia Academy, Surat

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Department: Academic & Training

Reports To: Academic Head / Director

Overview:

The Multimedia Faculty will be responsible for teaching multimedia software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), guiding students with live projects, and supporting the creative learning environment at Maxmedia Academy. The role includes curriculum development, classroom training, and assisting students in portfolio creation.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Teaching & Training:

Conduct interactive classes on multimedia software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

Ensure each student understands concepts and applies them practically.

Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments and tests.

2. Curriculum Development:

Assist in updating and refining course content and teaching methods.

Suggest new trends and tools to keep the course industry-relevant.

3. Student Support & Guidance:

Provide one-on-one guidance to students struggling with concepts.

Review and give feedback on student projects and portfolios.

4. Project Supervision:

Guide students during live projects or internships.

Ensure timely completion of student work with quality.

5. Professional Development:

Participate in workshops or training sessions for skill enhancement.

Maintain updated knowledge of the multimedia and design industry.

6. Reporting & Coordination:

Submit daily class reports and student attendance.

Coordinate with the admin team and academic head for scheduling and feedback.

7. Discipline & Conduct:

Maintain classroom discipline and motivate students.

Follow institute policies and contribute positively to the academy culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
