Job Description

Multimedia Designer Multimedia Designer is responsible for leading the creative conceptualization, design and execution of all artwork and graphic content for various campaigns and collaterals utilized across multiple platforms. He/She will work hand in hand with the Marketing team in order to conceptualize and design marketing materials and assets used throughout social and digital channels. o Craft high-quality graphic content across different social media platforms to drive traffic o Conceptualise and Execute creatives for social media - covering, static and animated o Prepare rough drafts and present ideas o Knowledge of different social media platforms o Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand o Design marketing materials for online and offline channels according to the brief, while following brand guidelines o Capture content for usage across multiple channels - photography and videography o Retouch photos and create animated content for further usage on digital channels o Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications o Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design, and animation o Excellent knowledge of campaign roll out and adaptations following media plan o Keep informed abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design o Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design o Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements o Proven graphic designing experience o A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics o Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) o A keen eye for aesthetics and details o Excellent communication skills o Creative Thinking, Visualizing ability, High Attention to details o Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines o Basic Qualification: Degree in in Fine Arts (Visual Arts) essential o Advanced Qualification Training: Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from any Accredited Institute / Certification in Adobe Photoshop preferable o Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in Graphic Arts and Design Relevant Experience: Retail Brand experience preferable / Animation / Web Design experience preferable
