Key Responsibilities:
Design
high-quality YouTube thumbnails
optimized for clicks and engagement
Create
motion graphics and animations
using After Effects
Develop visuals for
podcast videos, reels, promos, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with content writers, editors, and marketing teams
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
Deliver creatives as per timelines and content calendars
Adapt designs for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience
in multimedia design
Strong proficiency in
After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Prior experience working with
YouTube channels, podcasts, or digital media agencies
Good understanding of
visual storytelling and audience engagement
Ability to handle
multiple projects
and tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of
video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut)
Understanding of
YouTube analytics and thumbnail psychology
Experience with
