About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Multimedia Content Editor
to join our global remote team. In this role, you will produce visually compelling graphics and short-form videos that enhance our brand across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience with tools such as
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
.
Key Responsibilities
Design approximately 20 high-quality static or carousel social media posts per month.
Produce 710 short videos (around two minutes each) monthly, including editing, sound balancing, and simple motion graphics.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team via Slack, Google Meet, and Asana.
Maintain organized cloud-based project files and version control.
Propose new design ideas and keep up with content trends.
Perform quality checks to catch errors before delivery.
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
2+ years of experience in social media or digital content production (agency or in-house).
A strong portfolio showcasing both static graphics and video work.
Proficiency in Tools:
Canva (advanced use of templates, brand kits, and collaboration features)
Adobe Illustrator (vector illustration, iconography, layout design)
Adobe Photoshop (image editing, retouching, asset optimization)
Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, motion graphics, sound mixing)
Additional Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working remotely across time zones using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with After Effects for motion design
Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mastering
Experience with A/B testing and social media engagement analytics
Performance Expectations
Consistent delivery of monthly content quotas
Quality and engagement of content (e.g., impressions, watch-through rates)
Adherence to brand guidelines and responsiveness to feedback
Working Hours and Tools
Core working hours: [Insert preferred time-zone window, e.g., 11:00-19:00 IST], with some flexibility for global collaboration
Licenses provided for Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva Pro
