Key Responsibilities:
Videography & Photography
Shoot high-quality videos and photos of office events, activities, and employee engagements.
Plan and execute video shoots with creativity and attention to detail.
Maintain and manage camera equipment.
Video Editing & Reels Creation
Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for internal and external use.
Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for social media platforms.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, effects, and background music as needed.
Graphic Designing
Design posters, banners, flyers, and digital creatives for special days, office events, and announcements.
Support branding and marketing with visually appealing designs.
Social Media Support
Prepare and deliver content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Collaborate with HR/Marketing to ensure timely posting and brand alignment.
General
Stay updated with current design and video trends.
Manage work timelines and deliver high-quality content on schedule.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.
Basic understanding of social media content formats and trends.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Design, or related fields (preferred).
Proven experience in videography, editing, and graphic design.
Portfolio of previous work (videos & designs) is mandatory.
