: Multimedia Artist

We are seeking a Multimedia Artist with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming business concepts into visually engaging multimedia assets. This position requires both artistic versatility and disciplined professionalism, with an emphasis on timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

3.0 Key Responsibilities

Design and produce visual assets for marketing and communication materials including presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, social media graphics, and corporate videos. Create and adapt artwork in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all media. Work closely with the Multimedia Department Manager to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into strong, clear visuals. Edit and enhance short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro when required. Optimize design output for both digital and print formats. Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain a consistent standard of visual excellence.
4.0 Required Skills and Competencies

Core Proficiency:

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Canva
Basic to Intermediate Skills:

Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to conceptualize and deliver designs that communicate clearly in a B2B context. High attention to detail, professional maturity, and reliable time management. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5.0 Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline preferred. 1-2 years of professional multimedia design experience overall. 1-2 years of B2B design experience (any industry) preferred. A strong design portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is required.

Works independently while maintaining collaborative communication with team members. Responds to direction with a positive, solutions-oriented approach. Demonstrates diligence, punctuality, and ownership of assigned deliverables. Follows departmental protocols for file management and asset organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
