Make outbound and handle inbound calls in multiple languages as required
Communicate effectively with patients
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage
Freshers with strong language skills can also apply
