Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage a team of multilingual customer support agents. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer service operations and fluency in multiple South Indian languages, along with good knowledge of Hindi. This position plays a crucial role in driving team performance, ensuring language-specific support, and maintaining high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multilingual team of call center agents and manage daily operations.
Monitor agent performance, conduct call audits, and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Allocate calls and tasks based on agents' language skills and campaign requirements.
Handle escalated customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
Deliver regular feedback, coaching, and training sessions to improve performance.
Collaborate with QA, HR, and Operations for process improvements and team development.
Maintain reports related to performance, call metrics, and agent productivity.
Ensure smooth functioning of inbound/outbound campaigns.
Languages Required
Fluency in any 2 or more of the following languages is highly preferred:
Tamil
Telugu
Kannada
Malayalam
Hindi (mandatory or working knowledge)
English (mandatory)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of call center/customer support experience with at least 1 year as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Proficient with call center software tools (e.g., VICIdial, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.).
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays if needed.
