Plan, prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines as per menu and guest requirements.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Design and develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
Monitor kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Train and supervise kitchen staff/commis on preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Coordinate with purchase team to ensure timely supply of quality raw materials.
Handle special events, banquets, and catering requirements.
Monitor and minimize food wastage.
