Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse range of dishes across multiple cuisines.
Develop new recipes and menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety, and efficient workflow.
Manage inventory, estimate food requirements, and ensure minimal wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with management to plan special events, buffets, and themed dining experiences.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Keep up to date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
