If you are a confident, ambitious Graphic Designer with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and embracing new technologies, this could be the next big step in your career.Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver creative projects across packaging, digital, and marketing collateral.- Adapt and repurpose existing artwork for alternative layouts and formats.- Work from concept briefs to produce engaging, high-quality final deliverables.- Develop master presentations and custom slides that align with brand guidelines, refining and evolving them as needed with meticulous attention to detail.- Manage and maintain the sales collateral library, ensuring branding consistency through well-designed templates for the sales team.- Take ownership of assigned projects in collaboration with the Head of Studio and Senior Designers, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.- Build strong partnerships with the marketing team to align creative output with business goals.- Collaborate closely with the Head of Design on evolving and enhancing visual communication.Desired Candidate Profile- 5+ years of experience in a similar design role.- Deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and creative trends.- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).- Strong knowledge of productivity apps, MS Office (including PowerPoint), and cloud-based platforms.- Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools for creative and productivity purposes.- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media management tools, and digital marketing platforms.- Proven ability to work creatively within brand guidelines.- Skilled in interpreting briefs and transforming key messages into compelling visual documents.- Experience in branding and packaging design.- Detail-oriented, taking pride in producing pixel-perfect outputs.- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.- Passionate about the power of good design to drive business success.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling, international brand- Dynamic, digitally-forward sales culture- Attractive incentive and commission structure- Learn and grow across global markets with exciting product categories- Opportunity to work on global projects and collaborate with teams across the UK, China, and India (ref:updazz.com)
