We are looking for an experienced

Multi-Bore Operator

to join our construction team for residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for operating multi-boring machines used in foundation and structural works, ensuring precision, safety, and quality in all boring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain multi-boring machines for foundation and column work in residential construction sites. Set up and align the machine according to project drawings and layout requirements. Read and interpret structural and civil drawings to determine boring depth, alignment, and specifications. Ensure accurate boring as per project standards and tolerances. Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance of the boring machine. Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and supervisors for accurate positioning and execution. Maintain a daily record of machine usage, output, and maintenance. Follow strict safety guidelines and report any mechanical or operational issues immediately. Assist in minor repairs, tool changes, and alignment adjustments. Ensure smooth operation with minimal downtime on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related trade. 2 to 5 years of experience operating multi-boring machines in residential or civil construction projects. Knowledge of foundation and column boring operations. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and levels. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Commitment to safety, precision, and quality workmanship. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Experience working on high-rise or multi-story residential buildings. Familiarity with modern boring tools and safety practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
