Roles and Responsibilities:1. Electrical Maintenance
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot issues in lighting, panels, switches, DBs, and wiring.
Replace faulty components and ensure safe electrical operations.
2. Mechanical & Plumbing Maintenance
Inspect and repair pumps, motors, valves, and basic mechanical equipment.
Attend to plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and pipe repairs.
Support operations of HVAC systems (basic checks, filter replacement, minor repairs).
3. Multi-Skilled Technical Support
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues quickly.
Provide support for building assets like lifts, DG sets, fire systems (basic checks only).
Assist other technicians when required.
