performing diverse maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth facility operations, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety standards.

Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and breakdowns. Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Document maintenance activities and service work. Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or urgent repairs. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
