The Multi Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general facility maintenance. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
Repair plumbing systems, including leaks, blockages, and fixture replacements.
Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and system troubleshooting.
Maintain building infrastructure, including painting, carpentry, and basic construction tasks.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
Conduct risk assessments before starting any repair work.
Report any safety hazards or violations to the supervisor.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
Prepare reports on completed work and equipment status.
Log preventive maintenance activities and record parts used.
Technical Support:
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.
Provide technical guidance to junior staff as needed.

Education:

Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
HVAC Certification, Electrical License, or other relevant technical certifications.
