Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of
HVAC, AC, and refrigeration systems
Handle electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance tasks as required
Replace and maintain components like gaskets, drier cores, and refrigerant gases
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide solutions
Maintain records of work done and materials used
Assist with client support and service requests
Qualifications
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in HVAC, AC, facility maintenance, or as a multi-skilled technician.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Salary
