Installation and Repair:

Installing, diagnosing, and repairing issues in various systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Preventative Maintenance:

Conducting regular inspections and performing systematic preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.

Troubleshooting:

Using tools like multimeters and other diagnostic equipment to find the root cause of malfunctions in complex systems.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards during maintenance and repair activities.

Documentation:

Recording details of maintenance activities, service reports, and any defects or issues found.

Collaboration:

Working with other technicians, departments, or customers to resolve complex issues effectively.

Monitoring and Inspection:

Continuously monitoring system performance and conducting routine inspections to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
