We are seeking a reliable

Multi-Skilled Technician

to carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair works across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and basic civil activities to ensure smooth operation of facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending

electrical maintenance

(lighting, power points, minor panel works) Handling

HVAC equipment

such as split ACs, AHUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems Performing

plumbing works

including leakage rectification, valve replacement, and sanitary fixtures Carrying out

basic civil works

(minor patch work, tiling, fixing, carpentry support) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of assigned equipment Responding to complaints and emergency calls Supporting engineers during shutdowns and major maintenance activities Maintaining tools, spares, and housekeeping in work areas Following safety procedures and using PPE at all times Updating daily work reports and checklists

Required Skills:

Hands-on knowledge in

multiple trades

(Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing) Ability to troubleshoot and rectify minor faults independently Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and safety norms Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergencies

Preferred:

Experience in

facility management, IT parks, malls, hospitals, or residential complexes

Knowledge of

BMS / IBMS alarms

ITI certification in any core trade Valid

Electrical license

(added advantage)

Salary:

As per company standards (Based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
