HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Technician - Munjoh Resorts (Andaman & Nicobar Islands)

Role

We need a

senior technician who is a true doer

- someone who

does not wait for instructions

, but

spots problems early, fixes them fast, and keeps everything running without reminders

.

Work Includes

Generators, VRVs, split ACs, geysers Pumps, pipelines, plumbing repairs STP (sewage treatment plant) & WTP (water treatment plant) Preventive maintenance + emergency breakdown repair Maintaining logs and ensuring safety at all times

What We Mean by "Doer"

If a light is flickering, you fix it before anyone tells you. If water pressure drops, you check the pump immediately. If the STP/WTP is due for cleaning, you plan it - not wait for instructions. You

think ahead, act fast, and solve without excuses

Requirements

8-10+ years' experience in resorts/hotels/industries with all systems listed above Strong technical skills and independent problem-solving ability Hindi required; English useful; Tamil/Bengali an advantage Must be dependable, proactive, and ready to work without constant supervision Willing to live and work in Havelock/Port Blair
