Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

Conduct routine maintenance for facilities, equipment, and machinery, including diagnosing and repairing electrical and plumbing issues.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.

Equipment Installation:

Install and set up new equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance and repair activities, conducting safety inspections and reporting hazards.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment installations, including documentation of parts and materials used.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other technicians and team members to address complex technical issues and communicate effectively with different departments.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or urgent repairs.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure systems run smoothly.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers to diagnose problems, explain repairs, and address concerns.
Required Skills:

Electrical Knowledge:

Understanding of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.

Plumbing Skills:

Knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Record Keeping:

Ability to document maintenance activities and repairs accurately.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to both electrical and plumbing tasks.
