Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

MEP / Electrical Supervisor

to oversee electrical and MEP operations within a facility management environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical and MEP maintenance activities Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems Coordinate with facility management teams and contractors Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

(mandatory)

5-6 years of experience

in

Facility Management

Proven experience as an MEP or Electrical Supervisor Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety practices Good communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing technicians and vendors Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP systems Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Pay: Up to ₹58,250.00 per month
