Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide technical support for the

maintenance, repair, and servicing

of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The Multi-Skilled Technician will ensure all facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Work:

Inspect and repair lighting systems, switches, MCBs, sockets, fans, and other fixtures. Assist in maintaining common area panels, wiring, and backup systems (DG/UPS). Replace faulty electrical components and ensure safety compliance.

2. Plumbing Tasks:

Fix leakages, blockages, or pipe burst issues in washrooms, kitchens, or water tanks. Maintain and repair drainage systems, water supply lines, valves, and sanitary fittings. Ensure pumps and motors are operating correctly and report faults.

3. HVAC & Mechanical Maintenance:

Basic servicing of split ACs and ventilation systems in clubhouses or common areas. Check mechanical systems like motors, pumps, and lifts (assist with AMC vendors if required). Monitor and report any HVAC issues or irregularities.

4. General Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of common area equipment. Maintain service logs and report completed tasks to the Facility Engineer. Coordinate with vendors or specialist contractors when required. Adhere to all safety protocols while working.

Eligibility Criteria:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or similar trade. 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial maintenance roles. Hands-on knowledge of tools, safety equipment, and multi-trade repair skills. Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and service manuals.
