Key Responsibilities

Carry out

preventive and breakdown maintenance

for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic civil works Attend to guest room and facility maintenance complaints promptly Handle minor

electrical repairs

, lighting, switchboards, and power points Perform

plumbing work

including leakages, fittings, pipelines, and sanitary fixtures Support basic

carpentry and civil repairs

as required Assist with

AC and refrigeration

maintenance (basic level) Ensure adherence to

safety standards

and SOPs Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records Coordinate with vendors for major repairs when required

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in hotels, hospitals, or facilities Good knowledge of

electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

Ability to work independently and in shifts Physically fit and service-oriented

Preferred Skills

Hotel industry experience Basic knowledge of safety and compliance Good communication and coordination skills
