Job Description

Schedule and supervise the execution of periodic work for the upkeep of the facility, including painting and polishing of walls, furniture, flooring (both interior and exterior), wiring and plumbing activities Maintain daily log-books and checklists, including housekeeping, refrigerator temperature, gas manifold etc Maintain yearly CAMC tracker and inform relevant stakeholders in case renewal is due Respond to all electrical equipment breakdowns within prescribed timelines, investigate the problem to identify issues and undertake repair activities as per guidelines -Drive energy conservation-Optimise utilisation of Non Medical Consumables Ensure maintenance and repair (as needed) of HVAC equipment Plan and carry out all preventive maintenance activities as per schedule, with minimal disruption and inconvenience to patients and employees Adhere to SLAs of Complaint Management Tool Valid 4 wheeler license is required

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
