Job Description

Maintenance & Repair

: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, such as electrical wiring, machinery, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment.

Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and resolve issues in complex mechanical and electrical systems by reading technical diagrams and manuals.

Installation

: Install new equipment and components, including replacing light bulbs and air conditioning filters.

Record-Keeping

: Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Inventory Management

: Monitor and manage parts inventory, and requisition necessary supplies and materials.

Safety Compliance

: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

Technical Support

: Provide technical assistance and training to other staff members as needed.

Versatility

: Proficiency in various technical areas, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Technical Aptitude

: Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

Communication

: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.

Physical Stamina

: Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
