Qualification & Experience

Education:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in maintenance/technical services

Job Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, and other equipment. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems. Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Support cross-functional technical tasks as required (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment. Basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Hands-on experience with tools, measuring devices, and testing instruments. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
